True Subjectivity

Reading Rev. Yeung’s “Being and Knowing: An Examination of T. F. Torrance’s Christological Science” on Holy Saturday.

What is objectivity? Without belief in a transcendent Creator, all science is founded ultimately on our sensory data and categorical construction. Science would be necessarily and forever lost in subjectivity. But with a transcendent Creator existing independently of us, now we can talk of true objectivity.
